What You’ll Own

Create and maintain standardized templates that set the benchmark for all company documents
Review, proofread, and enhance documents to ensure precision, readability, and compliance with company standards
Research and develop well-structured technical content, including manuals, policies, and procedures
Design clear workflows and guidelines for document production and publication
Maintain an organized, version-controlled repository of all documents
Ensure all written materials consistently promote the company’s professional brand image

What You Bring to the Table

Experience: 10+ years of professional writing, editing, and proofreading, with a strong command of English language nuances
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred)
Industry Knowledge: Experience in defense or technical environments a big plus
Languages: Native Arabic speaker preferred
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in word processing software (including VBA), and deep knowledge of editorial standards and publishing practices
Core Strengths: Exceptional attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, strong organizational and planning skills
