What you will do:
Functional Role Handled by incumbent in AutoEquip
Plan and efficiently execute a schedule of daily, allocated work through proper prioritizing and management of resources.
Ensure that all the job cards are properly filled in and signed.
Diagnose, carry out quality repair in a safe manner and test after completion of repair.
Quality Check after job execution and demonstrate repair to customer.
Training and Developments – Keep up with new technology, work procedures, time standards and relevant technical know-how to maintain or improve work productivity and quality. Perform other tasks assigned by immediate superior or manager, if necessary, contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Perform all duties and responsibilities mentioned in the related business SOPs
Recommend spare part stocks according to usage/ failure history.
Comply with the ALAC Quality Management System and participate with organization’s improvement activities
Carry out work with care ensuring not to endanger the life either of themselves or others by theirs acts or omissions whilst complying with health and safety requirements of the company and preventing any harm to the environment.
Required Skills to be successful:
Mechanical diagnostic ability within Workshop equipment
Ability to identify problem areas and identify its cure
Following instructions and procedure
Workshop experience
About the Team:
Reporting to the Team Leader and will work closely with the workshop team.
What equips you for the role:
ITI/ Diploma in Automobile Engineering
3-5 years of experience within Workshop equipment
Technical skills
Basic computer skills
Should read, understand, and write English well enough to follow Autoequip Equipment Trainings.
