What you’ll do:

To support the Facilities Management team by administering asset management and payment processes, ensuring accurate record-keeping, timely vendor payments, and compliance with internal policies and audit requirements.

Financial Administration

• Administer and maintain centralized purchase orders (POs), vendor payments, and related records.
• Support reconciliation, reporting, and compliance of all FM-related financial transactions.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely approvals and accurate payment processing.

Asset Management

• Conduct physical verification, tagging, and bookkeeping of assets.
• Monitor asset lifecycle, including acquisition, allocation, maintenance, and disposal.
• Support inter-dark store asset transfers and ensure proper documentation.

Audit & Documentation

• Maintain comprehensive records for internal and external audits.
• Provide necessary documentation and reports on assets and payments as required.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in administration, asset management, or accounts support.
• Knowledge of asset lifecycle management and vendor payment processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems is an advantage.
• Good organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
