About the Job
- Perform bank reconciliations and post bank statements ensuring accuracy, timely updates, and adherence to SLA deadlines
- Process intercompany payments, technical service fees, and corporate credit card charges accurately, ensuring correct account allocation
- Maintain and reconcile books for Jumeirah Management Services business units, including month-end journals and balance sheet reconciliations
- Update and verify supplier bank account details, ensuring compliance and data accuracy
- Support team members and stakeholders, resolve queries promptly, and manage monthly data backups for archiving and record-keeping compliance
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent from an accredited and renowned university
- Professional Finance or Accounting Certification (i.e., CPA, CIMA)
- Experience handling financial operations, reporting, and budgeting in a professional environment
- Proven ability to work with accounting systems, analyze financial data, and support business decision-making
