Fitness Instructor Full Time

About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for Fitness Instructor in Jumeirah Al Naseem. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• To provide excellent and consistent level of service to guests.
• To ensure the smooth operation of the activities and maintenance of equipment in the gym.
• Complete day-to-day activities by following all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner while delivering a quality service to guests and maintaining standards of excellence on the gym floor.
• Adhere to and prioritize all relevant Health, Safety and Environment management procedures and controls within a defined area of activity so that Jumeirah Group provides world class and luxurious hospitality services to its guests.
• Provide new members induction guidance through Gym induction sessions, as required by individuals using the facility upon joining.
• Conduct regular Group Classes and Personal Training Sessions when required.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Minimum two years of experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel or luxury environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Experience with Group Classes, Personal Training and Yoga Classes
• First Aid and CPR training
• Has a Level 2 qualification or more.
