About the Job
- Conduct fitness assessments and create personalized workout plans for hotel guests.
- Lead group fitness classes, including yoga, Pilates, and strength training sessions.
- Provide one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to individual guest needs.
- Ensure gym equipment is properly maintained and safe for use.
- Offer guidance on proper exercise techniques and injury prevention.
- Motivate and encourage guests to achieve their fitness goals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness area
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications
- Proven experience (preferably 1‑3 years) in a hotel, resort, or gym environment, with ability to deliver both group classes and individual training sessions.
- Excellent communication skills in English, strong guest‑service orientation, and ability to work flexible shifts
- Knowledge of safe exercise technique, gym equipment usage, and health & safety standards to ensure a high‑quality, safe fitness environment.
