About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Fitness Professional to join our Talise Fitness Team at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Design and implement personalized fitness programs tailored to the needs and goals, including workout routines, fitness assessments, and progress tracking.
- Motivating and guiding the team to achieve organizational/departmental goals.
- Conduct and lead group fitness classes, such as aerobics, yoga, Pilates, or strength training, ensuring that sessions are engaging, effective, and suitable for various fitness levels.
- Provide one-on-one personal training sessions, offering expert guidance, motivation, and support to help achieve fitness goals and improve overall well-being.
- Ensure the fitness equipment is in good working condition, properly maintained, and cleaned regularly. Report any malfunctions or issues to the appropriate maintenance team.
- Offer excellent service by engaging, addressing fitness needs, answering questions, and providing advice on health and wellness topics.
About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Up to 2 years of experience, preferably with an international hospitality company
- Experience of working in an international capacity and a clear understanding of cultural differences showcasing trust and respect for everyone
- Exposure to working with a multi-cultural team
- Project Management Skills
- Detail orientated
