Job Responsibility and Requirement

• Responsible for the coordination, activity planning and execution of all actions and procedures relating to the timely processing of visas, work permits, licensing and registration, security passes, and other government-established formalities in the country including labor laws.
• Applies common sense understanding to execute written or oral instructions. Providing suitable solutions and responses to enquiries from employees & management with effective communication and knowledge. support the team for outside the office works as and when required.
• Effective oral and written Communication skills in English and Arabic are required.
• Capable to handle labor & Immigration systems like ICP, GDRFA, MOHRE Tasheel, FZE Authorities and other related government platforms like TAAM, Municipality, Chamber, Civil Defense and DED.
• Under general supervision, works within a specialized function to complete tasks in accordance with procedures.
• Supports general business operations by providing administrative support activities.
• Applies common sense understanding to execute written or oral instructions.
• Effective oral and written Communication skills in English and Arabic are required.
• Typing skill- English and Arabic with 5+ years’ experience in same field. Candidates holding valid UAE license are preferred.
