Responsibilities
We envisage success in this role to include:
- Assisting the line manager with operational issues.
- Scheduling meetings and team building sessions as required.
- Providing excellent Client service & maintaining relationships with Clients and various stakeholders at all levels.
- Assisting with recruitment, resources allocation and planning.
- Proactively act upon operational requirements, compliling and coordinating data for proposals and presentations.
- Attending to any correspondence and emails as required.
- Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency.
- Intelligence in processing data, & business development.
- Ability in reporting, preparing productivity / performance reports.
- Keeping daily activity records & diaries, meticulous MoMs, promptly executing on decision making.
- diligent follow up on the pending / ongoing tasks.
- Keep updated on industry trends and client marketplace, digital / social media savvy and out-of-the-box mindset.
Qualifications
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include a minimum of 5 years work experience in administrative role partnered with a High school diploma with business studies as a preferred subject.
