Graphic Designer Full Time

We are currently recruiting for a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing in our Headquarters, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Freezone.

Scope: Graphic Designer-Marketing and Communicationsis responsible for maintaining the visual identity of Transguard Group and its subsidiaries across a wide spectrum of media, including presentations, social media, websites, uniforms, videos, exhibitions, vehicles, and more. Working with the Manager-Marketing and Director – Marketing & CSR, you will translate creative briefs into visually appealing and effective designs that resonate with the target audience and achieve the desired communication goals.

Financial:

• Complete assigned projects within the agreed timeframe

Customer:

• Collaborate with the Marketing team and other business units to ensure that deliverables meet the creative brief and align with the Transguard brand.

Process:

• Provide visual content (including graphic design, photography, videography, illustrations, and animations, among others) that support Transguard’ s communication goals.
• Lead photo/video shoots and edit the resulting deliverables to the highest possible standard.
• Manage other design needs such as business tenders, annual reports, presentations, signage, and collateral as needed.
• Utilize the Adobe Creative Suite for all design requirements.

Innovation:

• Ongoing development of Transguard’s brand communication strategy and the project management of the visual elements of its implementation
• Help bring new ideas for design and content creation to the team using your expertise and eye for great design

Selection Criteria:

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic design, visual communication, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong time and project management skills
• Ability to communicate reasoning behind design choices.
