About the Job
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Deliver a warm, professional welcome to all guests and members, handling inquiries, reservations, and service requests with confidence.
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards, proactively resolving guest concerns and ensuring a consistently positive experience.
- Manage membership processes including inquiries, registrations, renewals, and cancellations while ensuring accurate system records.
- Promote and upsell health club services, programs, and memberships to maximize guest engagement and revenue opportunities.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations and seamless guest journeys.
- Ensure front office operations comply with health, safety, and service standards, contributing to a clean, organized, and safe environment.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in guest relations or front office roles, ideally within a luxury hospitality or wellness environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Professional appearance and confident, service-oriented attitude, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Well-organized and detail-focused, comfortable handling administrative tasks, systems, and guest data accurately.
