Infrastructure Analyst Full Time

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Design & Delivery: Design and implement infrastructure solutions to support core business functions and departmental activities.
• Help Desk Support: Provide help desk support, manage escalation processes, and ensure timely resolution of IT service-related issues.
• Maintenance & Monitoring: Maintain IT infrastructure, monitor service levels, and develop improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Data Centre Management: Oversee Data Centre operations, manage IT assets, licenses, and 3rd party contractors, ensuring SLA compliance.
• User Satisfaction: Monitor user satisfaction and gather feedback to drive improvements in IT services and applications.
• Project Management: Lead IT projects including procurement, development, and implementation, aligning with company strategy.
• Supplier Management: Manage relationships with IT suppliers, providing input on system enhancements and performance.
• Training & Development: Facilitate IT training and promote technology use across the organization.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in managing web servers and IT infrastructure components (e.g., Aruba Switching, Firewalls, NAC).
• Experience with monitoring and improving hardware/software performance.
