About the job
What you’ll do:
An 8-week program, where interns will gain on the job start up experience with the noon growth team – interns will be working with individuals across on-site, marketing and analytics.
- Work closely with Senior Site Merchandisers to assist with category goals and targets
- Manage the category onsite while being on top of key trends, and ensuring the customer journey is optimized and relevant for that category
- Aim to excel in operational processes within the organization and with different teams and come up with newer, more efficient processes if need be
- Obtain and analyze data on a regular basis using SQL and Excel which contributes to the category targets
- Assist with liaising with different teams including CRM, Digital Marketing and the Commercial team to help with deals and specific call outs for campaigns
- Stay up to date with new ideas/innovations within the industry
- Innovate and test new campaign ideas which will aim to improve conversion and retention of customers
What you’ll need:
- Graduates with 0-2 years of experience, with a strong desire and passion for e-commerce
- A dedicated individual who has the drive to constantly learn and come up with new ideas
- An individual who has strong project management, problem solving and organizational skills
- An individual who works collaboratively and is comfortable working working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- GPA of over 3.5
