Key Accountabilities

- Manage the day-to-day delivery of landscaping services provided by external contractors.
- Supervise, monitor, and improve the performance of landscaping service providers.
- Administer and monitor landscaping services and recommend improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Assist in the development and implementation of landscaping policies, procedures, and management strategies.
- Conduct landscaping inspections and audits at regular intervals to ensure optimal maintenance.
- Liaise with clients, staff, and external consultants regarding landscaping service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Be available to respond to client inquiries on a 24/7 basis.

- Knowledge of international and local regulations related to landscaping and environmental management.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
