About the job
Job Description:
1. Backend administration of the Mahir- Learning Management System (LMS)
2. Coordination with stakeholders for Learning and Development function.
3. Creating MIS/ reports on MS excel and MS PPT
4. To work on Projects & Additional Learning opportunities.
Functional requirements:
LMS Management, User Management, Data Management & Analysis, Completion ratio, result oriented follow up with employees on various training activities, Brand training coordination, Internal Product and Process Training coordination, Coordinating Rewards and recognition & additional activities.
Technical Skills:
1. Strong Microsoft Advance Excel (Vlookup, SumIfs, Pivot tables, Handling Formula errors etc)
2. Microsoft Power point skills.
3.Working ability on Training Platform.
Behavioral Skills:
1. Strong Learning Attitude
2. Good Communication Skills (English)
3. Ready to take ownership & responsibility.
4. Result oriented/Deliver results.
5. Team Player.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s Degree or similar qualification.
2. Additional Certifications would be an advantage.
Experience:
Desirable: Experience in managing online training platforms 1 – 3 years
