ROLE PROFILE

• Process and draft rent invoices based on lease terms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Track and reconcile rent payments, addressing discrepancies and coordinating with landlords to resolve payment issues.
• Ensure timely implementation of lease escalations, adjustments, and renewals by maintaining up-to-date rent schedules.
• Maintain accurate and organized lease records, including terms, amendments, and payment histories.
• Responsible for financial management and record keeping of relevant stages of each project.
• Provide exemplary customer service to all stakeholders by providing relevant and timely information for sound business decisions.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with legal teams, and finance departments to ensure seamless lease execution and compliance.
