Job Responsibilities
- Mediates conflict, conducts employee interrogations, and ensures disciplinary hearings are remaining impartial, confidential, fair and professional.
- Concisely explain verbally and in writing varying perspectives of a situation.
- Constantly communicates and implements the end-to-end process of the policy framework, compliance processes, and the escalation process.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must be of Arabic origin
- Knowledge of UAE Employment law and employee relations
- Knowledgeable in use of Microsoft Applications
- Experience in admin work and documentation.
