What you’ll be doing

Tanagra Marketing Consultant- 6-month contract

Overall:

• Be involved in all aspects of marketing from trade, promotions, events, partnerships, media relations, reporting & insights.
• Prepare monthly updated report of expenses against the budget.
• Raise PO’s for all commercial activities.

Events: 

• Support Marketing Manager on all internal (in-store) and external events, sponsorships, and partnerships, including influencer and VIP events, partnerships, etc.
• Work with Marketing Manager to set a clear budget and KPI’s for all events.
• Source, negotiate, + secure vendors.
• Project manage all the pre-event preparation.

PR + Influencer Marketing: 

• Support Marketing Manager in sourcing, briefing, and executing influencer campaigns.
• Be the go-to contact with PR agencies for key projects.
• Prepare clear KPI’s with agencies and track the results against the targets.

Retail Marketing:

• Support Marketing Manager of the commercial calendar of in-store events and activations across all markets.
• Manage promotional permits for in-store commercial activities when required.
• Support Marketing Manager with VIP customer experiences, including gifting.
• Support Marketing Manager with all instore collateral production with suppliers
• Project coordination across departments for the smooth and timely rollout of all campaigns.

CRM:

• Support Marketing Manager with the execution and implementation of CRM campaigns (email and SMS)
• Support Marketing Manager with reporting and strategic campaign segmentation
• Maintaining and updating the CRM calendar

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Previous experience in Retail Marketing, PR or events in the region.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoys a challenge and shows good initiative and willingness to learn.
• A multi-tasker.
• Arabic is a plus.
