Master Data Management Specialist Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Streamline business processes and improve efficiency through high-quality, consistent master data and to speed up and automate end-to-end business scenarios such as Plan to produce, lead to cash, source to pay, and design to operate.
• Manage and control Organization and Plant level Material masters and relevant master data for smooth function of operations.
• Execute changes to SAP master data (e.g. material, purchasing info record, bill of material etc.) as approved by the business.
• Coordinate material and finish products master data setup, validations and periodic maintenance and perform mass updates
• Coaches and trains team on the data governance requirements and management.
• Reviews impact of master data in Production and material panning and ensures smooth flow of the process.
• Work with business units and process experts to resolve master data issues.
• Ensure data quality, compliance and consistency of master data across business systems.
• Support the business with required procedures, submit incidents and change requests relevant to Master data management.
• Manage OCM (Order change management process) and follow Engineering change requirements to update masterdata.
• Assist business process experts in defining standard operating procedures, process flows and related documentation to ensure effective master data maintenance.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. (Minimum)
• Education: Master’s Degree in a relevant field. (Preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 15-17 years in Materials Masters and Master Data management.
• Experience: Preferred: 10+ years of industry-specific experience and regional related experience in MM, MDM, Planning and scheduling multiple projects.
• Experience: Production and material planning with exposure and understanding of master data in PP, EWM, MM and SCM modules.
• Skills: Specialist Planning and Organization, Advanced Problem-Solving abilities. Expertise in MRP software.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English.
