Operations Supervisor Full Time

What you’ll do:

• Responsible for team building by ensuring maximum productivity while maintaining high quality service standards with developing a responsible team to take challenges.
• Performance management by monitoring key performance indicators to measure productivity & effectiveness of operations with RCA of any issues.
• Analyzing the ground issues, doing root cause analysis and presenting the data to reporting managers and stakeholders
• Act as a POC during daily dept meetings for reviewing the performances
• Ownership for the entire order fulfillment cycle and managing timely transfers and inbounding of regular stock.
• Cross-functionally coordinating and collaborating across different teams within noon (logistics, vendors, planning, supply chain team, Training, Human resources)
• Able to lead, motivate and develop a team operative within fulfillment operations, ensuring that the highest standards are being achieved in all areas for all staff. This will include performance, disciplinary and absence management
• Reports & statistics Ensure timely correspondence, reports, statistics related to the daily warehouse operations are shared across at all levels
• Flexibility to work in a rotational shifts
• Self motivated, and able to keep the team motivated at all times and under challenging situations.

What you’ll need?

• Bachelor’s Degree, Masters in Supply chain / Logistics or in a similar role
• Minimum 3 – 4 years of experience in E-commerce / Warehousing or in a related field
• Ability to write, speak and present effectively and persuasively.
• Creative and analytical problem solver with a strong desire to constantly grow and evolve
• Capable of delivering results in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, High energetic, dynamic environment.
• Should be familiar with MS office tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Google drives for analyzing and publishing daily reports
• Willingness to relocate to various Emirates within the UAE is required.
