Outsource Specialistfor one of our very well-known banking client, to be based in their Dubai office.

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Specialist in HR Operations to support the Manager, Contractor Management in managing vendors and contractors, overseeing daily transactions from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding. This role requires effective coordination with multiple internal departments at the office  and collaboration with external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in an outsourcing or recruitment agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor and Contractor Management: Assist in managing relationships with external vendors and contractors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and performance metrics.
  • Transaction Oversight: Support daily HR transactions, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders (SPOCs) to ensure adherence to policies while providing support for any requirements they may have.
  • Tracking and Reporting: Maintain accurate trackers for contractor populations, ensuring all data is up to date and accessible.
  • Policy Alignment: Support the alignment of HR policies and processes with operational needs, ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Integration Support: Work closely with relevant teams to assist in integrating contractors into company’s systems and workflows.
  • Invoice and Budget management: Coordinate with internal and external finance teams to ensure accuracy in invoicing, payments and align the budget accordingly.

Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR outsourcing or recruitment agency.
  • Good understanding of HR processes, especially in recruitment and contractor management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
