Partnership & Alliances Specialist Full Time

Role Purpose:

To drive strategic partnerships and alliances for Emarat and EmCan, focusing on enhancing sponsorship opportunities, maximizing ROI, and overseeing Project Landmark. The role will expand the partnership network and ensure sustained growth through innovative collaborations and strategic initiatives.

Key Activities:

• Develops and implements partnership strategies to expand Emarat and EmCan’s network.
• Identifies, negotiates, and secures sponsorships and strategic alliances that align with Emarat’s brand values and objectives.
• Drives Project Landmark initiatives to enhance visibility and engagement through innovative sponsorship deals.
• Owns the sponsorship process from identification through execution, focusing on maximizing ROI for all stakeholders.
• Develops measurement frameworks to assess partnership and sponsorship effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborates with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, and Analytics) to align sponsorship activities with broader company goals.
• Oversees all aspects of Project Landmark, ensuring its success and continued growth.
• Engages with stakeholders to explore innovative ways to elevate the project’s visibility and impact. Reports on key metrics and performance of Project Landmark to senior management.
• Builds and maintains relationships with key partners, sponsors, and industry stakeholders.
• Represents Emarat and EmCan at industry events and conferences to foster new alliances.
• Develops and presents partnership proposals and reports to internal and external stakeholders
• Works closely with marketing, customer experience, sales, and other relevant departments to align partnership strategies with company-wide objectives.
• Serves as the primary contact for all partnership-related inquiries, both internally and externally

Knowledge, Education & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of partnership management and strategic alliances.
• Expertise in sponsorship development and ROI measurement.
• Familiarity with market trends and competitive landscape.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in partnership and alliance management, sponsorship development, and ROI optimization (5-8 years).
• Experience in managing high-profile projects and cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred.
