About the job

Purpose of the Job

Carry out administration support to parts manager and responsible for keeping track of inventory and ordering new parts.

Job Accountabilities

• Coordinate with sales and service dept. to ensure maximum level of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that quotations are supplied to customers within the timeline.
• Generate various statement and pending order statement on monthly basis as directed.
• Review stocks level, maintain effective inventory control, and source new items.
• Types general correspondence, inquiries to suppliers and prepare quotations as directed, for signature by parts manager.
• Implement safe and friendly environment practices in each work area.
• Perform all the activities in compliance with the Company’s QHSEMS and as per the assigned specific responsibilities.
• Carries out any additional tasks assigned (in line with qualifications and ability) by the Parts Manager

Qualifications & Education

Bachelor’s degree with Spare Parts Knowledge

Experience

Minimum 5years of experience of Automotive Spare Parts

Knowledge & Skills

• Working knowledge of English; Arabic an advantage.
• Computer literate.
