ROLE SUMMARY
The People and Organization Executive plays a key role in supporting the smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes, employee engagement initiatives, and operational support for People and Organization functions.

ROLE PROFILE

• Manage documentation for onboarding, promotions, and exits.
• Support employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in organizing town halls, social events, and employee recognition programs.
• Assist employees with People and Organization related inquiries and provide timely support.
• Collaborate with teams to design and deliver initiatives supporting Emiratization and UAE national talent engagement.
• Assist in tracking performance cycles and collecting relevant data for reviews.
• Maintain HR system data accuracy and prepare basic reports as required.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling and candidate communication.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in an HR support role or related field.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
• Strong Communications and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
