Key Responsibilities

• Create and submit purchase requisitions (PR) in SAP based on procurement requirements.
• Verify requisition details including quantity, specifications, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with requesters, procurement, and materials teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Track PRs through approval and conversion to purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in PR processes.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience with SAP MM or related procurement modules.
• Strong understanding of procurement workflows and PR lifecycle.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Effective communication and coordination skills across departments.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions under tight deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of procurement compliance and company policies.
