About the job
To provide quality facilities services to all Atrium Units through managing maintenance and office security activities in order to help all Units perform their daily functions in accordance with EMARAT’s policies, procedures and operating standards:
– Participates in the leasing process of office space in order to maintain 100% occupancy rate
– Coordinates with Real-Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) on all rental disputes
– Responds to tenants enquires relating to Atrium building facilities
– Ensures office security service is delivered with high quality through regular inspections / spot checks/ feedback
– Supervises all maintenance activities to ensure they are running efficiently and are well maintained
– Conducts health and safety inspections to ensure requirements are met in compliance with the industry and government requirements
– Follows-up and monitors service providers in maintaining the level and quality of services contracted
– Directs the implementation of and adherence to quality standards as set by EMARAT / Industry / Government
– Conducts administrative activities in collaboration with other departments
– Establishes and maintains effective relationships with Unit holders, RERA and others required to meet EMARAT’s business and operational objectives
– Represents EMARAT vis-à-vis external stakeholders in areas of operational importance
– Works effectively, proactively and with urgency across EMARAT and externally to ensure the delivery of joint services/results that meet EMARAT’s interests, and for knowledge sharing
