Job Description

Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and visitors with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Manage the front desk, answer calls and direct them to the right extensions.
Coordinate between the visitor and the employee with the concerned department.
Relay messages and information to relevant staff members.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
Manage appointments and responsible the reception/front desk area’s cleanliness and tidiness.
Handle unexpected situations calmly, efficiently and maintain a professional attitude always.
Responsible for the facilities on the ground floor (Auditorium) by doing the inspection regularly.

Qualification:

Good computer skills (excel, word, etc..) and possess a professional and friendly attitude.
High school Diploma
Proficient in English & Arabic languages
