Your role

From welcoming customers to agreeing on closing deals , you’ll support the Service Consultants, Receptionists and Product Geniuses in ensuring a smooth customer journey all the way to the car delivery. A hostess greets customers as they enter our dealership, takes their basic information and shows them to their sales consultants. They may also handle phone calls and customer queries about the BMW products and services, and assist various sales staff when necessary.

Your profile

Switched on and passionate, you’ll be someone who can quickly get to grips with processes, products and services. We’ll expect you to have the relevant customer service background. Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work as part of a team and covering all the aspect of reception area
• Ability to build strong relationships
• Excellent and strong communication skills in English and Arabic
• Presentable
