About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for Restaurant General Manager in Jumeirah Al Naseem.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
Main Duties:
- To maintain standards to ensure that the customer experience is efficient, effective and hospitable. The GM has overall responsibility of all aspects of the customer service.
- To fully versed in the brand standards and ensure that all colleagues are aware and also maintain these standards.
- Fully supports the Sous Chef or Head Chef with managing the kitchen team and operations.
- To maintain customer standards the GM must ensure that all colleagues have the correct knowledge required of their station by means of regular assessments, appraisals, and on-going training.
- To monitor effectiveness of workflow & Sequence of Service during service periods and provides hands-on support as and when required. To action changes when needed.
- To monitor customer satisfaction and respond to customer feedback and complaints.
- To maintain a working knowledge of relevant sections within the Food Hygiene SOP and ensure the Outlet meets the standards at all times.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Experience needed in a Beach Operation in a 5–star Hotel.
- Multi-Lingual skills.
- Internationally recognized Degree or Diploma.
