About the Job
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Deliver friendly, approachable service while supporting both guests and colleagues.
- Assist the sales team with promoting and selling hotel services, accommodations, dining, and event spaces.
- Provide essential administrative support, including preparing reports, managing databases, and organizing sales materials.
- Coordinate and support group events, operations, and client communications across email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Take ownership of tasks, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism at all times.
- Enhance skills through training in sales, marketing, and communications while gaining valuable hospitality industry experience.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Must be currently enrolled in a university or a recent graduate of a relevant university degree
- Fluent in English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Preferably speaks an additional language
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and attentive to detail work attitude
