Job Responsibilities

• Candidate with Abu Dhabi market experience preferred
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients
• Cultivate new sales leads to establish business
• Sell and negotiate cargo services
• Responsible for securing and maintaining new business
• Provide quotes for current and prospective clients
• Perform analytical and logistics planning
• Proactively identify problems and implement effective solutions
• Provide follow-up customer satisfaction with clients as needed
• Achieve individual, team, and company goals
• Work closely with the team to ensure customer freight is being moved efficiently

Skills & Requirements:

• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Extremely organized and detail oriented
• Must possess a strong work ethic
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to negotiate rates, sell services, and build professional relationships.

Educational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline

Experience

3-5 years experience in Sea or Air freight or General Freight Forwarding in Abu Dhabi

Experienced in Sales, ideally with an existing customer base
