Sap Business System Analyst  Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and validate requirements across Sales, Procurement, and Vehicle Lifecycle domains.
• Design and document functional specifications for SAP SD, MM, and Proaxia VSS modules.
• Configure and support SAP SD processes (order-to-cash, pricing, billing, deliveries) and MM processes (procure-to-pay, inventory management).
• Support end-to-end vehicle sales, service booking, workshop management, and parts logistics using Proaxia VSS.
• Act as a functional bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams (developers, ABAP, BASIS).
• Participate in SAP implementation and rollout projects including requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and training.
• Perform functional testing, coordinate UAT, and ensure defect resolution and documentation.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements post-go-live, ensuring system performance and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between SD, MM, FI, and VSS components.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for end users and key stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst working with SAP SD and MM modules.
• Proven experience in Vehicle Sales and Service processes using Proaxia VSS (preferably in an automotive dealership or OEM context).
• Strong understanding of automotive sales cycles, service operations, parts logistics, and customer management.
• Hands-on configuration and support experience in both SD and MM modules.
• Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation or rollout project in an automotive retail scenario.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude.

Preferred/Bonus Skills:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Exposure to Fiori apps, SAP BTP, or mobile workshop applications.
• Familiarity with SAP integration tools and processes (IDOCs, middleware, etc.).
• Knowledge of SAP Activate and or Agile/Scrum methodologies or hybrid project environments.
