Security Associate Full Time

Job Summary:

As a Security Associate, you will primarily responsible to secure office premises and personnel by patrolling Company’s buildings and property, monitoring surveillance equipment, controlling access points and permitting entry. The Security Associate does not act in the capacity of a law enforcement officer, and has no arrest or apprehension powers.

Key Accountabilities:

• Ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors and the premises.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures related to Security and Safety, company service standards, property patrol, accident investigations, etc. and perform all assigned duties in a safe manner.
• Conduct site inspections on Company’s building and facilities and ensure all security, and safety guidance and rules complied.
• Be visible and observant at all times, greeting staff, guests, and vendors in a courteous and attentive manner; Respond to emergencies quickly, enforce concerned regulations.
• Control the access of employees and visitors to Company’s buildings and facilities as per set guidance and rules.
• Monitor the car parking allocated to Company and control the usage of it by Company’s staff and authorized visitors.
• Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.
• Take accurate notes of unusual occurrence.
• Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
• Work and perform duty and assignment on day or night shift as requested and scheduled by department head or/and line supervisor.
• Follow the dress code and uniform instructions and guidance.
• Maintain organization’s stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 3 years of of proven experience as Security Associate or relevant position.
• Education: High School / Diploma in any field. Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Communication: Good communication skills in English. Arabic language is preferred.
