Job Description
- Greet all guests upon arrival, distribute towels, offer assistance with seating, deliver consistent guest service, exceed guest expectations, and provide all other supporting services.
- Provide excellent service consistent with the hotel’s standards operating procedures and brand attributes.
- Setting up umbrellas, loungers, and other pool and beach furniture.
- Ensuring that the swimming pool, beach, furniture and facilities are clean and safe.
- Monitoring pool and beach area to ensure safety and compliance with rules and regulations.
- Providing guests with towels, shade, refreshments, and attending to their requests.
- Clearing used towels, glasses, and trash.
- Fold and stock fresh towels and hand out fresh towels to guests.
- Enforcing safety protocols as set out by the resort or hotel.
- Monitoring the activity of guests and ensuring their safety.
- Reporting any damages or incidences to the supervisor.
