Statutory Reporting Specialist Full Time

Financial Reporting

• Prepare consolidated M42 Group financial statements (quarterly & annually) in full compliance with IFRS

• Review asset-level financials and provide oversight across period-end close processes and general ledger accuracy

• Lead preparation of accounting position papers and group consolidation instructions/reporting packs

• Oversee the implementation of financial policies and procedures across the organization

• Supervise Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) and annual impairment testing for goodwill and indefinite-lived assets

• Coordinate closely with auditors to ensure seamless and timely audits

• Present insights and reports to the Audit Committee and Board

 Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting (ICOFR)

• Monitor and assess internal controls in line with COSO and ADAA frameworks

• Document, evaluate, and implement corrective actions as needed

• Support in regulatory reviews, including ADAA audits and fraud risk assessments

Systems & Process Enhancement

• Ensure financial systems and processes align with Group strategy and leadership needs

 People & Project Leadership

• Supervise and support junior staff, offering training and day-to-day guidance

• Coordinate cross-functional finance projects and drive continuous improvement

• CA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent certification

• Minimum 4+ years in Big 4 statutory audit or group financial reporting

• Solid knowledge of IFRS and experience in financial policy implementation

• Experience with Oracle and Hyperion tools.
