The role involves maintaining the applicant tracking system, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring effective communication throughout the hiring journey. This position supports various departments by ensuring vacancies are filled promptly with qualified professionals, aligned with both organizational standards and regulatory requirements. The Officer also contributes to recruitment reporting, recruitment campaigns, and database maintenance, ensuring all activities are well-documented and efficiently executed.
