Talent Acquisition Specialist Full Time

Role Purpose:

As a TA Specialist at Emarat, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the oil and gas sector. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while ensuring the recruitment process aligns with Emarat strategic goals and talent needs. Your role will focus on both technical and non-technical roles, with an emphasis on supporting business growth and operational excellence in a highly competitive industry.

Key Activities:

End-to-End Recruitment:

• Manage the entire recruitment process for all level of roles, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing, selecting, and offering positions.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent, including headhunting, networking, and utilizing industry-specific recruitment platforms.

Stakeholder Management:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Provide expert guidance to hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, and salary benchmarks in the oil and gas sector.

Candidate Sourcing & Screening:

• Identify and engage passive candidates through networking, headhunting, and industry connections.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including technical and cultural fit, to ensure a high-quality talent pipeline.

Pipeline Development:

• Build and maintain a robust talent pool for current and future recruitment needs, particularly for hard-to-fill or niche positions in oil and gas.

Compliance & Reporting:

• Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with local labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of the recruitment process and provide regular reports on KPIs, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and diversity metrics.

Candidate Experience:

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and clear communication.
• Manage offers and negotiations, ensuring alignment with compensation guidelines and candidate expectations.

Nationalization Initiatives:

• Support company nationalization goals by prioritizing and actively recruiting qualified national candidates, in line with Emarat requirements.

Employer Branding:

• Represent the company at industry events, career fairs, and networking functions.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience in recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles within the energy sector.
• Ability to manage relationships with senior leadership, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
• Proactive approach to identifying challenges in the recruitment process and finding effective solutions.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and digital recruitment tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of recruitment experience, ideally in the oil and gas industry or similar technical sectors.
