The Role:
As a Coffee Technician you will be responsible for the preventative and routine maintenance of coffee brewing and grinding equipment.
Your main responsibilities will include:
– Preventive Maintenance as per the manufacturer guidelines
– Attending service call outs and trouble shoots.
– Inspecting, cleaning, repairing and calibrating equipment when necessary.
– Installing and commissioning of equipment when required
– Electrical and plumbing works while installing / servicing equipment’s
– Coordinating outside vendor repairs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
You will have:
– Minimum 5 years with brewing and grinding equipment / Kitchen equipment
– Good general maintenance knowledge especially in electrical and plumbing.
– Valid driving license.
– Have great communication skills to communicate with colleagues’ and customers.
– Computer and digital knowledge – for prepare and submit the daily work reports, also ability to find spare parts referring manufacturer website / parts manuals …
– Willing to be flexible and cover additional hours when required.
