Valet Parking Driver Full Time

To safely and efficiently move guest cars to a designated parking location while following Company policies and procedures. Behavior should be compatible for adding value to the brand name of the organization

•    Greet customers in a pleasant and courteous manner.
•    Provide customers with information on valet parking fees
•    Drive customers’ vehicles to designated parking locations in a safe manner
•    Ascertain those vehicles are properly parked in designated lots and locked before being left alone.
•    Take receipt tags from customers, locate their cars and drive them to the waiting areas
•    Ascertain those keys and remotes are returned as soon as the car is handed over
•    Strive to maintain the aesthetics of Valet area.
•    Handle General Inquiries with utmost care without providing misleading information.
•    Ensure to strictly adhere to Valet Policy.

•    Ensure that statutory regulations and organizational policies and procedures are always implemented and adhered to
•    Take part in staff development programs, performance appraisal reviews and undertake further training when required
•    Act always in a manner consistent with legislation, policy, and procedures in respect of Equality and Diversity
•    work to the values of the organization and display high standards of integrity and professionalism towards clients and colleagues
•    Develop and update own knowledge and skills within the job role and contribute to setting own work objectives.
•    Undertake any other duties relevant to the post as may be assigned from time to time which are consistent with the post.
