Waiter/Waitress Full Time

The role of the Waiter/Waitress will be to serve guests with food and beverages, cleaning the guest tables and also the F&B areas whilst ensuing the quality of food and beverages delivered are of the highest standards

• Assists the kitchen and service staff as needed to maintain the highest level of food quality, presentation, and timing to optimize guests dining experience.
• Taking and maintaining customer orders in a timely manner.
• Ensures that silver and crockery stock control is properly stocked and inspected prior to service
• Ensures that table presentation is correctly maintained according to restaurant specific standards.
• Assists the Waiters as needed before and during service whilst performing closing duties as required.
• Maintain the mis-en-place station ensuring it is correctly set up and clean at all times.
• Provide friendly, excellent customer and food and beverage service to guests at all times.
• Provide as a strong link between kitchen and service areas
• Communicate clearly, professionally and concisely to both customers and the Pavilion team
• Responds to customers’ requests promptly and manages their expectations accordingly
• Carry our any other duties as instructed by the shift Supervisor/senior

Solid Understanding of both the company/client policies and procedures
