Key Responsibilities (Helpers):
- Assist electricians and HVAC technicians with tools, materials, and basic tasks.
- Carry out material handling and site preparation duties.
- Support cable pulling, conduit installation, and minor assembly tasks.
- Maintain clean and safe working areas.
Requirements:
- For Helpers: Basic technical knowledge or 1+ year of relevant site experience.
- Familiarity with electrical systems used in HVAC and PD installations.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines on-site.
- Physically fit and willing to work in varied site conditions.
