Job Description
- Will assume complete responsibility for the functioning and administration of the department, in such cases where the HOD is unavailable due to being on leave or otherwise.
- Over all responsibilities of designated customer care department floor.
- Over all responsibilities in billing OPD, ER, and Inpatient & Admission.
- Monitoring, auditing and training insurance policies and issues
- Monitor and guide all other Supervisors & Leaders
- Assist other department to maintain and enhance better performance and high quality.
- Ensuring grooming standards of receptionists
- Upkeep of reception at all times.
Responsibilities
- Indulge in Customer care activities outside the reception.
- Ensure that telephone discipline is maintained by staffs at all times.
- Lead by example in all aspects especially grooming & etiquettes
- Monitoring shifts and daily attendance of Doctors & Receptionists
- Responsibility as a fire facilitator
- Responsible for preparing & monitoring the Customer Care KPIs
- Develop optimal relationships and provide customer care service for all assigned tasks
- Daily feedback given to Manager
- Perform duties and update on behalf of the Manager as a Substitute.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager
Qualifications
- Preferably a college graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 3-year experience as a receptionist in a patient focused environment and operation of multi-line switchboard system.
- Proficient technology application skills; Basic MS Office (Word, Excel, & Power point) MS Outlook & Internet explorer skills.
- Must have an exceptional interpersonal skill, maturity, good judgment and be capable of communicating in a professional manner with diverse range of individuals; superior phone etiquette skills.
- Patient focused; service oriented; patient & understanding.
- Efficient organizational skills; ability to handle multiple responsibilities under pressure while maintaining composure.
- Reliable, punctual, dependable, and responsive.
- Excellent command of oral and written English. Arabic language advantageous/desirable but not essential.
