About the Role:

• Should be able to generate accurate 2D shop fit out layouts, elevations and sections.
• Should be conversant in using HAP Heat Load Design Software, Duct Sizer and Pipe Sizer software.
• Should be able to prepare Electrical DB Schedules as per local authority requirements.
• Should be able to prepare Electrical ELV and LV drawings as per local authority requirements.
• Should be able to prepare fire fighting drawings as per authority requirements.
• Should be able to prepare Water supply and drainage drawings.
• Seamlessly integrating and working with project managers, design consultants, and sub-contractors, to produce and alter drawings.
• Should be very conversant with AutoCAD 2D software.
• Creating and continually updating project drawings lists.
• Should be able to take site measurements and able to convert them into accurate 2D drawings.
• Exhaustively reviewing and checking sketches and drawings for errors, before being sent to architects, subcontractors, project manager, etc.
• Should be able to do quantity take off for MEP work packages and collate the information in the form of a BOQ.
• Should be conversant with good document control processes.
• Should be aware about mall drawing submission requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Should be AutoCad Qualified
• Minimum 5 years preferably in Fitout environment. Experience in design of supermarkets will be an added advantage.
• Outstanding fluency and skill within the AutoCAD program.
• Good technical understanding of MEP domain
