About the job
Job Description:
- Operation and troubleshooting of Ammonia Refrigeration plant.
- Operation of Effluent treatment plant based on the standard practice suggested by Plant supplier.
- Modification in the existing process to make the Operation and Maintenance effectively and efficiently.
- Adjustment of chemicals based on the quality of infeed water for ETP, RO, Boiler and condensers.
- Testing of wastewater parameters.
- Monitoring of all Utilities parameters.
- Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly Preventive Maintenance of all equipment’s to keep running all the machines without any downtime.
- Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt.
- At all times, comply with company policies, procedures, and instructions.
- Follow all HSE & Food Safety Rules and Regulations.
Required Criteria:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledge and experience on Utility and ETP would be an additional advantage
- Food and beverages industry experience is must.
