About the job
Job Description:
- Supervise the relevant sub-contractors, guide them and ensure the project deliveries as per the project plans.
- Coordinate with MEP contractors as necessary for containment requirements, power, foundations, fabrication works, and other required civil/electrical works.
- Reporting on daily activities, workshops, project progress status, etc.
- Effective and timely site management; close coordination with team members, suppliers, sub-contractors, project consultant/ Client.
- Representative and other relevant stakeholders for successful implementation of the project.
- Overall Technical Supervision of Project Team on Field. Installation Progress Reports, Site Attendance Reports, Material Inventory Report
- Ensure safety measures are observed by team members on site
- Conduct site survey, prepare assessment reports and identify suitable security solutions based on requirements and site conditions.
- Co-ordinate with Security for the risk assessment and Security Plan when necessary to understand and analyze the security requirements of client.
- Plan workshops along with client and relevant stakeholder to identify security scope of works to be delivered for projects.
Required Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or Communicaiton engineering
- 5+ years UAE experience (preferably with Security industry)
- Good English Communication Skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- UAE Driving License is mandatory
