Educational Assistant Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• deliver structured swimming lessons for individuals and groups.
• Assess students’ progress and provide feedback to enhance their skills.
• Ensure a safe and engaging learning environment at all times.
• Implement and follow health and safety regulations, including emergency procedures.
• Work with students of various ages and abilities, adapting teaching methods accordingly.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

Requirements:

• Recognized swimming instructor certification.
• Valid lifeguard qualification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Previous experience teaching swimming to children and/or adults.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• Passion for swimming and water safety.
• First Aid and CPR certification (preferred).
