IFE Shop Planner Jobs in Abu Dhabi, UAE
Accountabilities
- Ensure coordination with Etihad Airways Engineering Planning departments
- Validate with Etihad Airways Engineering all Engineering Order (EO), Engineering Work Inspection (EWI) or any other task related to IFE
- Performs data and administrative entries using the current OBS maintenance tracking and documentation system. Plan maintenance activities in Thales Information System SERVO
- Ensure unit work plans meet customer requirements, are communicated and monitored with relevant parties consulted as required.
- Plan Resources and materials for OBS Line and Base maintenance activities
- Assure the capacity of the IFE Center is assessed, planned and aligned with business growth strategies.
- Ensure that corrective actions arising from quality, Safety or environmental audits are accomplished
- Ensure technical certification of the workforce that all staff are qualified and approved to carry out work
- Stay current with industry best practices and development in the field of IFE and implement new practices as appropriate.
Education & Experience
- Minimum 3 years in airline planning department.
- Computer literate (Excel/Word/Access/Email)
- Excellent knowledge of Aviation regulations
- Excellent knowledge and experience on IFE systems.
