Job Description
1) Reviews the basic design drawing issued by Project Consultant
2) Studies the Arch./ Structure Drawing of the project
3) Updates the drawings as per the correction marked by Engineer
4) Produces high quality HVAC /Electrical/ Plumbing drawings using 2D CAD Software.
5) Creates MEP Plans, sections, elevations and details accurately
6) Coordinates MEP services with other services. i.e. structure, architecture, etc
7) Measures the quantities of the related required items when required
8) Prepares As-built drawings
9) Full awareness with the authority’s latest regulations and requirements related to his service.
Requirements
- Minimum educational:professional and vocation qualification required Diploma Holder in Mechanical and CAD Course.
- Minimum years of relevant work experience 3 – 6 years
- Language -English mandatory
- Computer Skills -Autocad, Microsoft Office Communication
- Autodesk Revit is preferable
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in high rise buildings is preferable.
