MEP Technician Jobs in Dubai, UAE

Air conditioning technicians are responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, air- conditioning systems.

To liaise with the other engineering technicians and to solve the issue for all sort of maintenance works.
To check and monitor day to day A/C log books and to follow the schedules for the maintenance.
To maintain all MEP related equipment such as Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, deep freezers, split A/Cs, Air curtains, refrigerators, generator, UPS etc.
To carry out routine PPM as per the schedule / breakdown maintenance.
To actively involved in evolving long term planning for improvement in the system.
To follow the throw checking and maintain the documents related to the MEP systems.
To be soundly knowledgeable in repairing of split units, DX units, pumps, AHU’s, FAHU’s and refrigerators including the medical refrigerators.
To convey day to day problems/issues to the maintenance in charge.
General maintenance check to be done on all equipment and support the team in solving the pertaining issues.
Downtime to be managed and solution to the issues to be done within the timeline.
Installation and commissioning of new equipment to be done and related trainings to be given to the other team mates.
To perform any related job / work when assigned by the head of the Department.
To be ready to do the task regardless of time to attend the emergency calls for any issues.
To carry out the any other task related to the building maintenance assigned by the supervisors.

A graduate of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or its equivalent.
At least three (3) years’ experience in the same field.
Fluent in spoken and written English. Arabic language is advantageous but not essential.
