Projects Control Specialist Full Time

Project Planning and Scheduling:

• Collaborate with project managers to develop comprehensive project plans.
• Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines.

Documentation Management:

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Ensure all documentation adheres to organizational standards and policies.

Risk and Issue Management:

• Identify and document project risks and issues.
• Work with project managers to develop and implement mitigation strategies.

Quality Assurance:

• Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards.

Financial Tracking:

• Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenses.
• Generate financial reports and contribute to budget forecasting.

Experience:

• Experience with design and construction projects, particularly in greenfield settings.
• Hands-on experience in Cost Controlling.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination.
• Project Management certification(s) is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
